At Indooroopilly Family Jewellers, we believe in making beautiful jewellery accessible, with a payment experience that feels just as considered as the piece you’ve chosen. Whether you’re investing in an heirloom or treating yourself to something special, we’re here to make it simple, secure, and personal.

Payment Options

We offer a variety of secure, flexible payment options so you can choose what works best for you:

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard & American Express

  • Afterpay – shop now, pay later (for eligible customers)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Gift Vouchers – the perfect gift, redeemable in-store or online

All prices are in AUD and include GST. Prices may change from time to time, but once your order is confirmed, we honour that price — it’s part of our commitment to transparency.

Custom Orders

Designing something bespoke? We’ll walk the journey with you — and that starts with a clear, simple payment structure:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin crafting your custom piece

  • The balance is due before collection or delivery

  • We’ll never begin production without your go-ahead, and you’ll be kept informed every step of the way

This ensures your one-of-a-kind piece is made just for you, with care, precision, and the intention it deserves.

Shopping Online Safely

Your security matters to us. All online payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted gateway, so your personal and payment details stay private and protected. We never store card details and are happy to answer any questions if you'd prefer to pay another way.

Layby With Us

We get it — sometimes the right piece comes along before the right moment. That’s why we offer layby options to help you secure what you love, and pay at your pace.

Whether it’s a surprise gift, a future heirloom, or a milestone worth marking, our layby plan gives you the freedom to make it yours.

Layby Terms:

  • Deposit:

    • 25% for ready-to-wear jewellery (non- refundable) 

  • Payment Plan:

    • 3-month term

    • You can choose, to pay your instalments weekly, fortnightly or monthly. 

    • Need more time? Just ask — we're flexible when we can be

  • Price Lock:

    • Once your layby is set, the price won’t change — even if our pricing does

  • Cancellation:

    • Once cancelled, the initial deposit of 25% will not be refunded and any additional lay-by payments made within that period will be transferred to store credit. 

  • Final Collection:

    • Pick up your piece once payment is complete

    • Bring your LayBy receipt or valid ID
